The Model- The whole robotic system was modeled in AutoCAD Inventor. Once the various molded components were designed, we used a 3 axis router to shape foam boards to create the model for the head components. |

The model was created by gluing the various router cut components and finish sanding to achieve the correct form. |
 |

Molds - Once complete, molds were made in silicone for each part to be produced. In all, 13 different parts made up Audrey assembly. |
